Memorial services for Gary Don Savage, 45, Fruitvale, were held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 9, at Roundflat Pentecostal Church with Bro. Homer Morgan and Bro. W.L. Williams officiating, under direction of Bartley Funeral Home, Grand Saline.
Mr. Savage died July 5, 2008, in Tyler.
He was born January 14, 1963 in Grand Saline. He was a lifelong resident of Grand Saline and Fruitvale. He was owner and partner of Savage Drywall.
He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas “Jinky” Savage.
Survivors include his mother, Louise Alexander Savage, Fruitvale; brothers and sisters-in-law, Glenn and Mildred Savage, Fruitvale, and Delbert and Lesa Savage, Grand Saline; sisters and brothers-in-law, Sherry and Walter Williams, and Trish “The Queen” Savage, all of Fruitvale, and Missy and David Smith, Grand Saline; grandchildren, Kaytlin and Randall; numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Pallbearers included Josh Williams, Blake Smith and Cody Denton/Savage.
