Services for Donna Charlene Hoadley, 52, Canton, were held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 16, at Allen Cemetery Pavilion, Murchison, with pastors Steve Ballard, Charles Davis and Charles Gurley officiating, under direction of Carroll-Lehr Funeral Home, Athens.
Mrs. Hoadley died July 13, 2008, in Athens.
She was born March 21, 1956 in Corpus Christi to Charles Leonard and Shirley Olene Pinkerd Clary. She was a longtime resident of Brownsboro, where she worked for Brownsboro Independent School District for many years as a teacher’s aide. She lived in Canton for the past three years and was a member of Saving Grace Ministries at Phalba.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and grandson, Brandon Hoadley.
Survivors include her husband, Lynn Hoadley, Canton; sons and daughters-in-law, Gabriel and Mistye Clary, Quinlan, Henry and Tanya Hoadley, Canton, and Michael Hoadley, Baytown; daughters and sons-in-law, Carrie and Joel Hukill, Phalba, and Melinda Hoadley, Canton; brother, Charles Clary, Chandler; sisters, Rebecca Whitaker and Sheryl Preston, both of Brownsboro, Ramadel Hoadley, Chandler, and Lee Ann Corbit, Houston; 11 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; numerous nephews, nieces and other relatives.
