Memorial services for Thomas Wayne Sampson, 68, Van, were held at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, October 1, at Restland Wildwood Chapel, Dallas, under direction of Restland Funeral Home, Dallas.
Mr. Sampson died September 28, 2008, in Tyler.
He was born February 21, 1940 in Harriman Tenn.
Survivors include his wife of 39 years, Becky Sampson; son and daughter-in-law, Kevin Thomas and Cathlene Sampson; grandchildren, Marshall and Austin; mother, Katherine Sampson; sister, Pat Teas; brother, David Sampson; numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
