Break-In At Local Church Investigated

GRAND SALINE — Police are investigating a break-in at a local church on Jan. 23.

Damage to the New Horizons Assembly of God Church was discovered that morning by a church member, according to the incident report filed with the Grand Saline Police Department.

The person stated he discovered a hole in the glass of an entrance door to the church. Damage to two window screens nearby was also discovered.

The police report stated that nothing was noticed as missing inside the church and it is believed the suspect or suspects did not actually enter the building.
