Pet Tags Plus of Texas and Rocking B Fishing Gear, located in Trade Center IV, Booths 65-67 on the First Monday grounds, have a zlarge selection of dog clothes, wood and metal works and fishing merchandise.

The businesses are owned by Juanita, Darlene and Earl Broseh.

"We carry all types of dog clothing and accessories, for dogs from teacup size to large dogs," said Darlene Broseh.

Broseh said that they make dresses, cozy fleece coats, slip-on bandanas, cloth harnesses and pet pillows.

"We also have specialty items such as Halloween costumes, collegiate collars, leashes, pet strollers, life jackets, visors and pet ID tags," said Broseh.

Broseh said that the ID tags are stamped and colored.

"We also make special order clothes. With the help of our dogs, Angel, Daisy and Snuggles, this is truly a family affair. We use them as inspiration," said Broseh.

Earl Broseh runs the fishing gear part of the business and said that fishing gear is purchased from different manufacturers including Emmrod.

"My friends, Jerry and Ashliegh Davidson, who are also vendors at First Monday, made an Emmrod customer and believer out of me before I became a dealer," said Broseh.

Broseh said that he also sells wood and metal works which are made from many common products such as horseshoes, barbed wire, rakes, minnow buckets, old barn wood, pickets and landscape timber.

"Steps of production vary with the items and my imagination or hearing comments from customers, family, friends, other vendors or even passers by," said Broseh.

Broseh said that he got into the business as a hobby in the Texas Panhandle.

"I sometimes have too much time on my hands and have a habit of building things and fishing. I realized I had to support these things on a higher level," said Broseh.

"Some ideas come to me in a storm when the electricity is out," said Broseh.

Broseh said that the family business is special.

"Our business is special, mainly because we usually bring out little dogs as models and mascots. We love what we do. No matter who walks by, we are always prepared with the simplest thing, a hello," said Broseh.

"It is amazing what one word can do for your business. Just to acknowledge the presence of another can mean so much. We hope our customer service and smile will lighten your day," said Broseh.

Broseh said that the businesses try to be open beginning on Thursday of each First Monday.
